Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.
License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Chess Master for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the application or its underlying AI engine.
Accounts and Data Storage
You may log in using third-party services (Apple or Google). By doing so, you acknowledge that your basic profile data (Name and Email) is securely stored on our cloud database (Firebase Firestore) to maintain your profile. You are responsible for securing your device and accounts to protect this information.
Advertising and Virtual Rewards
The game is free to play and supported by third-party advertisements. You may have the option to watch Rewarded Video Ads in exchange for in-game benefits (such as extra hints or undo moves). These virtual benefits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, chess piece graphics, and branding within Chess Master are the intellectual property of their respective owners. The AI functionality is powered by the open-source Stockfish engine.
Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, device issues, or interruptions that may occur while using the app.
